Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy describes the DAT Radar website at datradar.com and the DAT Radar Android app (package name com.datradar.android). DAT Radar displays public information about digital asset treasury companies, cryptocurrency prices, and estimated treasury valuations.
Information handled by the service
- Usage and device information: Google Analytics is loaded by the website and the app's web content. It can receive page views, interaction events, timestamps, browser and operating system details, referring pages, cookie or similar identifiers, and approximate location derived from network information. Requests to external services also disclose your IP address and request metadata to those services.
- Local preferences: Your theme preference is stored in local storage on your device. Public market data may also be cached by your browser or app.
- Network requests: Our hosting provider and Amazon Web Services deliver site files and market data. Their infrastructure may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, and browser/device headers in operational or security logs.
- Messages you send us: If you contact us, we receive the contact information and content you choose to provide.
The current app does not provide account registration, trading, payments, or cryptocurrency wallets. It does not ask for your financial account information, private keys, contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location. Its Android manifest requests internet access.
How information is used
Network information is used to deliver the website, app content, prices, and charts. Analytics helps measure usage and improve the service. Local preferences remember your display choices. Operational information supports reliability and security. Information in messages is used to respond to your inquiry.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Local theme preferences remain on your device until you clear site/app storage. Clearing browser site data or the Android app's storage removes local preferences and cached information; it does not delete information already held by external services. Android's backup settings may affect restoration of app data.
For Google Analytics 4, this policy uses the default two-month retention period for user-level and event-level data covered by the retention setting. Expired data is deleted through Google's monthly deletion process. This setting does not limit standard aggregated reports. If resetting retention on new activity is enabled, new activity can extend the retention of a user identifier. See Google Analytics data retention.
Publisher confirmation is pending for server-log retention and for the handling and deletion of privacy inquiries. There is no DAT Radar user account to delete. Some provider-held information may require contacting the provider.
Security and international processing
Our configured market-data, analytics, and chart endpoints use HTTPS for data in transit. External providers may process information in countries outside your own, including the United States. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can clear local storage through your browser or Android app settings, manage website cookies using browser controls, and contact us about access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided. Blocking third-party requests may affect charts or market-data functionality. Rights and available remedies depend on your location and applicable law.
Changes to this policy
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date to reflect changes to the service and its data practices.
